After years of leading operations in fast growing organizations, I realized most organizations don’t struggle because of a lack of ambition, they struggle because their systems haven’t evolved with their growth. I founded Vantapoint Global Consulting because I saw too many organizations with great people, ambitious strategies and strong potential held back by inefficient systems, unclear processes and inconsistent execution. Having worked alongside leadership teams to solve complex operational challenges, I know that sustainable growth doesn't happen by chance,it happens when the right systems are in place.
